Don't be afraid to set boundaries and stick to them. 

Remember, you're the expert, and your clients are coming to you for your expertise.

The third mistake is not having a system. 

Without a system, you'll end up wasting a lot of time and potentially losing clients. 

Develop a system that works for you, from lead generation to closing, and stick to it.

Fourth, not answering or responding in a timely manner. 

In this fast-paced world, customers expect a prompt response. 

Don't leave them hanging for too long, or they might just move on to the next agent.

Lastly, not gathering reviews or asking for referrals. 

Word of mouth is a powerful tool, and it's essential to gather positive reviews and testimonials from your satisfied clients. 

Don't be shy to ask for referrals. Happy clients are usually more than willing to refer you to their family and friends.
